Founded by the two greatest slackers of our time Jake McCollum and Kevin Lasher (i.e. Toa and Sunray) for the soul purpose of finding a purpose. The club thinks and brings to light many philosophies and ideas but mostly orbits around abstraction and ancient Asian philosophies such as Taoism and Buddhism. The club also philosophizes on what America was suppose to be and how organized religion threw the U.S.A off kilter. What would the church say if the government told it how to run its moral systems? We are not dedicated to offending people, but to saying what has yet to be said. And to inside jokes, oh the inside jokes... Oh and watermelon.

Rene Descartes; The Father of "Modern" Philosophy.

Before he coin the term Cogito Ergo Sum (I think therefor I am) He was a the son of a French "Councilor" from Brittany and a soldier in Holland. His take on philosophy was that it need as basing in reason and logic and that to truly come to a conclusion in philosophy on must have a goal and intent in mind. Similar to the way Scientist sets up an experiment he found a question found and answer and then justified it. He also thought all of humanity was being ruled by an evil demon trying trick every one due to the fact that sense being at the base of confirmation can not be check for accurse save for comparison to those who may also be utterly wrong. Oh did I mention he created Co-ordinate Geometry?

Boethius who was condemned to death by Emperor Theodoric 515 A.D where he wrote "Consolations of Philosophy". Christian himself he had this to say about the rising religious regime "I nowhere find consolidation in Christian belief but in my guardian Philosophy which promises to lead me to true happiness," Greatly influenced with Plato's theory of anamnesis he dedicated himself to finding out "Whether things actually exist or are found only in the mind," But before he could figure that out his neck was turn into a third grade dissection project.
